History Day -District

I was just writing to say that I made 1st place in my school competition for Web Design on History Day and will be competing in the District competition in March... i know many of you don't know what History Day is much less do you care about it... but I just thought I would tell you my recent accomplishments... g2g to bed now...

I finished history day!!!

I finally finished History Day!!! hopefully I won't make it to district that way i can be done forever!!! I feel so free now that I am done, It doesn't look like much but it took me monthes to finally finish it! Beautiful Girl in Love poem....

Her silky hair flowing in the wind
her eyes sparkling like ocean water
her lips moving quickly like shooting stars
the girl ran
in the beach
in the moonlight
in the summer
in the spark
of her love.

Baby poem...

The baby, a gentle gift from, cries and shivers
weeping with helplessness
shaking with coldness
abandoned in hunger
pleading for warmth, love, and food
waiting for the mother's soft touch

The Passions of my soul poem...

When I am older
I want
*to sing with the birds
*to swim beside the dolphins
*to ride upon the elephants
*to glide into the heavens
These are the passions of my soul.
